Levant Highlands - Black Peak - Heavily Peated Lebanese Single Malt Whisky
Bonfires & Damp Embers.
Aged in virgin white oak, this pure malt release was crafted from peat kilned malted barley and Lebanese malted barley, mashed and smoked pre-fermentation, then double distilled in our copper pot goose-neck still.
Through an aromatic journey opulent in smoke and oak spice notes, the senses indulge in ripples of yellow fruits, vanilla, and caramel, meld with zephyrs of peat smoke, charred wood, and pipe smoke that linger, until the next glorious sip.

Distillation: Double distilled in a 1800 L copper pot gooseneck still that has a 47 m long copper condenser.
Aging: Minimum 5 years in medium y toast medium char American oak barrels
