Reserve Ammiq Cuvee has the main characteristics of a Cabernet Sauvignon with black pepper dominant and strong tannins that make it easier to age for many years. With the Cinsault and Carrignan we add color, acidity and lower the alcohol to have a greater sugar/acidity balance Goes well with beef, chicken, olives, Goat cheese.
