Description and tasting notes

Aurora Cuvee du patron is a refined blend of our best 2018 red wine barrels carefully selected by the founder and winemaker. The nose is an expression of blackberry, sweet dark plums, mint, and hints of soft leather.

With a round structure, the Cuvée du Patron has subtle tanins and notes of smoked walnut, and a long-lasting silky finish.
