Terre Joie SDF 2016 Soeur de fLuR joins complexity, elegance and enjoyment from a distinct terroir and organic viticulture practices in West Bekaa.
A unique blend of 30 year-old Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault vines at 1400m, supplemented with Syrah and Merlot, planted at high altitude. Aged in a combination of French barriques and demi-muid barrels, this fresh, captivating wine pairs well with meat and vegetarian dishes.
With its prominent aroma, distinct flavors and lack of boundaries, SDF 2016 has an open nose of forest ground and flowers, and inviting attack, a balanced structure of red and black fruits, and underlaying tobacco and sweet spice flavors.
Subtly loud, easily loved and memorable enjoyed.
