Karam Wines Arc En Ciel rose wine is a wine that embodies a nose and palate with lots of red exotic fruit aromas and taste with plenty of zest. Enjoyable as an aperitif as well as a dining escort to raw or cooked fruit de mer, white meat, exotic and other salads. Its pale color enhances the dinner table tableaux. Only noble varieties (cepages) with low yield are embodied in this wine, the Syrah aroma (70%) coupled with the freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) completed the scene. Best served at 8-10Degrees Celcius.
