Description and tasting notes
Cru du Lylac 2016 presents a clear, purple hue with light tannins for a medium body concentration. Aromas of red fruits, spices hints and refreshing notes of herbs & flowers. On the palate, it is smooth yet with strong character ending on a touch of minerality, balanced acidity, and gracefully lingering finish.
Blend & Varietals: 51% Grenache Noir, 26% Syrah, 15% Carignan, and 8% Cinsault.
Average age of vines 15 years.
Oeil: robe pourpre, claire, légère concentration.
Nez: des arômes de fruits rouges, épices et fraîcheur.
Bouche: suave, du caractère, minéralité. Soupless qui laisse place à une finale savoureuse.
Medium Body. Acidity, minerality, spicy. Red Fruits aromas. Hints of tobacco. Good tannic structure.
