Brilliant cherry with purple reflections.
The first bouquet of Chateau Kefraya 2009 is strong intensity, revealing notes of pepper, violet, vanilla, coconut and forest fruits with further hints of red fruit and coffee.
There are further evolved notes of menthol and spice as well as leather and
cigar box.
The first impression is full-bodied. On the palate, this wine is long and round.
The tannins are rich and elegant. The fruit is in perfect harmony with the
wood, which is very well integrated. The aromatic persistence is long and is
dominated by the Syrah.
