Description and tasting notes

Domaine de Baal White is a blend of 50% chardonnay and 50% white sauvignon, 20% of the volume was aged in french oak barrels during 10 months. The wine has a pale yellow color, an elegant mineral nose with hints of citrus and grapefruit. The acidity brings a lot of freshness to this wine, the chardonnay brings some roundness.
