The Paradis de Qanafar 2016 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot made solely with our own grapes grown on gently rolling hills of rocky limestone soils at 1200m altitude. With no irrigation and careful attention to growing berries of exceptional color and flavor, our wines embody the intensity and concentration of our terroir. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, this full-bodied wine exhibits an inviting balance between oak and fruit flavors.
