Description and tasting notes
Blend:
50% Cinsault, 25% Syrah, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon
Mago was an ancient Phoenician agricultural writer based in Carthage, whose early works on viticulture and wine-making taught the Ancient Greeks, and subsequently the Romans and the rest of Europe, how to grow vines and make wine. This beautifully balanced, fruity wine serves to pay homage to the Phoenicians and the wine-making knowledge they bestowed upon the ancient world. Mago is intensely fruity, spicy and slightly-oaked. Please decant and aerate for a least an hour, if possible, to enjoy the best experience.
