Description and tasting notes
Our vineyard is nestled between 900 and 1200 m altitude, on clay-limestone soil. The terracing work is done by our team with great care. Cabernet Franc is planted at an altitude of 1,000 m and rigorously pruned to offer us the best fruits.
Light ruby red color with purple reflections. Fruity aromas on the nose. The palate is fresh with moderate and silky tannins. Well balanced flavors of red fruits, aromatic herbs and a hint of earthiness carried by a medium acidity. Recommended to be slightly chilled and served at 13 degrees Celsius. Refreshingly easy-to-drink; Pairs well with your white meat meals as well as your cheese platters.
